Trans Towers is a 10 storied building having a total of 86931.74 sq.ft. of plinth area and 63235.85 sq.ft of functional area. Out of this around 14,100 sq.ft area handed over to Motor Vehicles Department for the Transport Commissionerate in the 1st and 2nd Floor. Head office and Thiruvananthapuram Branch of KTDFC is functioning in the 6th Floor.
